Why do some location names repeat?+
Names such as Glendale and Burlington occur in more than one state. Search with the state abbreviation, or select the right location from the matches.
Why does my ZIP code return no result?+
The finder recognizes ZIP codes attached to Apple store addresses. It does not yet have a nationwide residential ZIP geocoder. Try the nearest city or optional browser location.
Why are all stock statuses unverified?+
We have verified store details, not product inventory. A live stock connection is not active. Apple’s checkout is the place to confirm your exact pickup configuration.
Will a saved draft send stock alerts?+
No. Drafts do not monitor stock or send stock notifications. Account sign-in emails are separate.
Where are my drafts saved?+
Drafts in My alerts are stored in this browser. Signed-in users can choose to save drafts to their account. Clearing browser storage removes local drafts.
Can I change the stores or color?+
Yes. Open My alerts and choose Edit. You can update the configuration and selected stores, review Pro activation, or remove the draft.
