What am I buying?+
A paid pass for 30 days of future stock monitoring. Starter is $5 for 3 searches across 5 stores, Plus is $10 for 7 searches across 10 stores, and Max is $20 for 15 searches across 20 stores. You pay once now. Stock alerts are not live yet, and the 30-day period starts when monitoring launches. There is no confirmed launch date.
What counts as one search?+
One search is a model, storage size and color preference. For example, iPhone 17 Pro, 256GB, Silver is one search. Choosing Any color still counts as one search. The store limit is the total number of unique stores across your searches.
Does my payment renew?+
No. This is a one-time payment. Your pass covers 30 days from monitoring launch and then expires. You will never be charged again automatically.
What happens after payment?+
Your account shows your pass as Paid after Stripe confirms the payment. Save your searches in your account. Alerts stay off while monitoring is being built, and we will email you when it is ready.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Request a full refund any time before monitoring launches by emailing [email protected] from the email address used for your purchase.
Does a pass reserve an iPhone?+
No. Apple handles iPhone purchases and pickup confirmation. Future stock alerts cannot guarantee inventory or a successful purchase.
