Paid passes and service status
Starter costs $5 USD for up to 3 searches across 5 unique Apple Stores. Plus costs $10 USD for up to 7 searches across 10 stores. Max costs $20 USD for up to 15 searches across 20 stores. These are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal.
Stock monitoring and stock notifications are not live yet. There is no confirmed launch date. Your purchase reserves 30 days of monitoring. The 30-day period begins when monitoring launches, not on the payment date. Your account displays Paid once Stripe confirms payment. This status confirms your purchase; it does not mean alerts are running. We will email you when monitoring is available.
What is available now
The store directory and free account search drafts are available now. You can save your preferences and view your pass and payment history. No saved draft is currently checking inventory or sending stock notifications.
Refunds before launch
You can request a full refund at any time before monitoring launches. Email [email protected] from the email address used for your purchase. We will refund the original payment method; your bank determines when the credit appears. If we cancel the service before launch, we will refund unfulfilled passes. A refund cancels the pass.
After monitoring starts
Your pass lasts 30 days and then expires. There are no recurring charges. Stock alerts cannot guarantee availability or a successful purchase. If the service does not work as described, contact support. These terms do not limit any refund or consumer rights that apply to you.
